Unbound Development was formed out of decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry from our firm’s founder, Andy Ogan.

Ogan, a 20-year brokerage veteran applies his vast market knowledge and understanding of client needs to find solutions to the challenges presented in new developments that impact the economy at large throughout Arizona.

By working alongside each client closely, Unbound delivers an end result that exceeds expectations across a variety of product types, including, industrial, healthcare, office and retail through build-to-suit projects.

Andy Ogan, Unbound Development CEO & Founder, is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Arizona State University. Spending the majority of his career as a broker, Andy is well-versed in understanding each clients’ unique needs. His extensive knowledge of the Metropolitan Phoenix market is complemented by his thorough analysis. This experience combined with his passion for the industry has enabled him to become a respected presence in the development space.

Andy is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Jenny, of over 17 years. Together, they have three kids: Brady, Drew, and Nora. As an avid sports’ fan, Andy spends countless hours planning, coordinating, and coaching his kids’ activities. His wife, Jenny, is closely involved in Boys Team Charity, a non-profit founded to teach the importance of giving back and making a difference in the local community for boys in 7th-12th grade. She serves as a secretary and liaison between Boys Team Charity and the Saint Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix, Arizona. They also enjoy donating resources to local Arizona charities, such as, PANDA, Human Services Campus, Brophy College Prep, and Thunderbird Charities. One of their favorite places to visit when escaping the Phoenix heat is North County San Diego where they enjoy the ocean’s calming energy and laid-back vibes of its beach communities.

Starting the CMI Moulding BTS project within two years after graduating college, that was Ogan’s first build-to-suit. After going through the process, he knew he wanted to repeat this process with as many users as possible in the future.

Early-on during Ogan’s career, he took notice that Chandler’s Price Corridor was poised to be a major employment center in the Valley so he carefully studied the land sites in the area.

As the new Santan Loop 202 was being constructed, he was able to secure the first land listing of his career, which was a 12-acre site near the SWC of Pecos and Dobson Roads in Chandler.

After securing the listing, he quickly went to work on hiring an architect to lay out the vision for the site, which was industrial/flex condominiums for sale or lease. After convincing VP Commercial to invest in the vision, together they delivered Phase I of Santan Dobson Business Park in 2006.

Consisting of 77,000 SF among four buildings, Santan Dobson Phase I was a major success, quickly selling and leasing. Phase II consists of 62,000 SF in four buildings and was delivered in 2007 before it quickly leased and sold.
