In 2005, Pulte Homes hired Ogan to help expand their Tucson operations. Pulte needed approximately 40,000 SF of office space and wanted to be in the Oro Valley sub-market. At that time, the largest contiguous office space in the sub-market was 17,000 SF, so Ogan searched for land sites that could accommodate Pulte’s needs and future growth.

In 2006, 8-acres were secured on Oracle Road in Oro Valley’s scenic corridor. He then went on to deliver a 41,000 SF Class-A office building for Pulte under a long-term lease.

Ogan still remains an owner of the approximate 3.5-acres surrounding the Pulte building.
